Lebron James can add another accolade to his resume, executive producer. James will team with HBO to produce a documentary on boxing great Muhammad Ali. The film will be directed by Antoine Fuqua, famous for “Training Day”.
Lebron spoke about his involvement in the Ali film earlier:
“It’s tough to put into words how much it means to me to be a part of this project honoring the legacy and telling the extremely important story of the great Muhammad Ali,” James said in a news release.
The documentary, which has yet to be titled, will have the full cooperation of Ali’s family. Ali passed away at the age of 74 on June 3rd.
