Scott Tolzien, the undrafted journeyman who has had stops in San Diego, San Francisco, and Green Bay, will run the show. If you have never heard of Tolzien before, you aren’t alone. However, Tolzien led the Wisconsin Badgers to the Rose Bowl in 2011, and was a finalist for the Johnny Unitis Golden Arm Award as a senior.
