The Miami Heat announced today they will retire Shaquille O Neal’s #32 jersey on December 22, when they play the Lakers at home. Shaq, who Pat Riley traded for in 2004, helped Miami win the first title in franchise history in 2006. O’Neal joins Tim Hardaway and Alonzo Mourning to be the third player to have his number retired.
